Step:

  1. Soak dal for overnight. Grind it. Now add asafetida and salt, and beat it in one direction upto become floppy.

  2. Now heat oil, make bhalla, put raisin in it and fry it. Bhallas are ready.

  3. Now soak all balls in water, for 10 min so that all excess oil remove and balls become soft.

  4. Now arrange bhallas in plate and garnish them. Dahi bhallas are ready to serve


Ingredients

  1. For Making Bhalla------------
  2. 1 cup Urad Dal
  3. As needed Water to soak dal and grind it
  4. 2 tbsp Raisin
  5. As needed Salt as per taste
  6. 1/4 tsp Asafetida
  7. As needed Oil to Fry
  8. As needed Water to soak bhalle as per requirements
  9. For garnishing----------
  10. 2 cup Curd(fresh)
  11. 1/4 cup Honey
  12. 1/4 cup Tamarind Chutney
  13. 1/4 cup Hari Chutney
  14. 1 tbsp Cumin Powder
  15. 2 tbsp Red Chilli Powder
  16. 1 tbsp Black Salt
  17. 1 tbsp Chaat Masala
  18. 1 tbsp Mint Powder
  19. To taste Salt
