Step:
Soak dal for overnight. Grind it. Now add asafetida and salt, and beat it in one direction upto become floppy.
Now heat oil, make bhalla, put raisin in it and fry it. Bhallas are ready.
Now soak all balls in water, for 10 min so that all excess oil remove and balls become soft.
Now arrange bhallas in plate and garnish them. Dahi bhallas are ready to serve

For Making Bhalla------------
1 cup Urad Dal
As needed Water to soak dal and grind it
2 tbsp Raisin
As needed Salt as per taste
1/4 tsp Asafetida
As needed Oil to Fry
As needed Water to soak bhalle as per requirements
