Add lemon juice vinegar sugar salt blk pappar and corn flour on lemon peel(julien cut).set aside for furthur use.
Marinate chicken with salt blk pappar,egg and corn flour for 20 minutes
Now take maida or all purpose flour in a plate.Dust each marinated piece of chicken.heat oil on high temprature.add chicken pieces fry 2 to 3 minutes. remove and repeat frying for 30 second.
In a frying pan add olive oil or sasame oil.Add lemon mixture.cook for 30 second on high heat.turn off heat.
Add frying chicken in a plate pour hot mixture of lemon on chicken.Serve hot with egg fried rice or chicken fried rice.
