Step:

  1. Bind dough using all ingredients except sesame, with warm water and let it rise

  2. Cook and dry mince meat in salt, ginger garlic paste, turmeric powder, garam masala and chilli powder

  3. When mince is cooled down add the rest of ingredients and mix well, should not be runny mixture

  4. Punch back the dough and knead well make balls.

  5. Roll each ball into small rotis.

  6. On one roti spread filling cover with the other, seal the ends.

  7. Poke the top with fork and keep on greased tray.

  8. When all done glaze with beaten egg and sprinkle sesame then let it rise for fifteen minutes then bake it.

  9. Can roast on tava as well or grill it


Ingredients

  1. For Dough:
  2. 3 cups All Purpose Flour (Maida)
  3. 2 tbsp Milk powder (Nido)
  4. 2 tbsp Oil
  5. 1 tbsp Butter
  6. 1 tsp Salt
  7. 2 tsp Yeast
  8. 1 tsp Sesame seeds
  9. For Kheema (Mince meat) Filling:
  10. 1/2 kg Kheema/Mince Meat (Beef or Chicken)
  11. 2 tbsp Mayonnaise
  12. 1 tbsp Chilli Sauce
  13. 3 tbsp Cheddar Cheese (grated)
  14. 1/4 tsp Black Pepper (powder)
  15. 1 tsp Vinegar
  16. 3 tbsp Sweet Corns
  17. 2 tbsp Capsicum (chopped)
  18. as per taste Salt
  19. 1/4 tsp Chilli powder
  20. Pinch Turmeric powder
  21. 1/4 tsp Garam Masala
  22. 1 tbsp Ginger Garlic paste
