Step:

  1. Take Jaggery, soak in water for atleast 3 - 4 hours or you can make instant, taste may be differ..
    Add grated ginger, salt, lemon juice in it..

  2. Now it's time to churn for atleast 5 to 10 minutes, in a blender or in a mixi jar, till colour changes and bubbles appears..

  3. That's all.. It's ready..
    Time to serve..
    Add some ice cubes in a glass, pour juice..
    Serve chilled, enjoy cool sugarcane juice..

  1. 2 glass cold water
  2. 6 tbsp jaggery (gud)
  3. 1 tsp Rock Salt (Sendha namak)
  4. 1 medium piece of Ginger (Adrak)
  5. 1 lemon juice (Nimboo)
  6. Some ice cubes (Optional)
