Take Jaggery, soak in water for atleast 3 - 4 hours or you can make instant, taste may be differ..
Add grated ginger, salt, lemon juice in it..
Now it's time to churn for atleast 5 to 10 minutes, in a blender or in a mixi jar, till colour changes and bubbles appears..
That's all.. It's ready..
Time to serve..
Add some ice cubes in a glass, pour juice..
Serve chilled, enjoy cool sugarcane juice..
