Step:
In a sauce pan heat 2 tbsp ghee roast cashew, raisin almonds,chironji and dates on low flame for 1-2 minutes. Transfer it in a plate.
In the same pan add ghee roast seviyaan till they become golden brown in colour on low flame. Stir continuously.turn off the flame. let it cool.
Now add milk in pan and boil it on low - medium flame till it become little thick. Stir continuesly now add roasted dryfruits.Mix it well.
Add sugar, roasted seviyaan and cardamom powder. Simmer it for 5-6 minutes. Turn off the flame.
