Step:

  1. Soak lobia in water for 6 hrs and then boil it, then in 2 tbsp oil take cummin seeds & chopped onions and soute. Add green chilli paste, crushed Red chilli, tomato, corriender powder and salt. Add lobia and boil potatoes into this and cook it for 2-3 mins and then add chilli garlic paste & corriender leaves and then take it off from stove.

  2. Add all ingredients in flour and make it into a semi-hard dough. Keep it covered for half an hour, grease the back side of the baking tray, roll that dough into a big rotti and cut out shapes from it by means of a cutter, Set these pieces onto the greased back side of the tray, prick it with fork and then bake it over 180°C for 10-15 mins.

  3. When your baked katorri is ready and cooled down, add chaat into it, then sweet imli chutney, Green chutney, onions, tomatoes, chaat masala, youghurt and seww. It is ready to serve.

  5. water as required
  6. 1 cup lobia
  7. 1 onion
  8. 2 tomatoes
  9. 1 tsp crushed red chilli flakes
  10. 1 tsp corriender powder
  11. 1 tbsp chilli garlic sauces
  12. 2 potatoes
  13. 2 tbsp oil
  14. salt as per taste
  15. 2 tbsp lemon juice
  16. 1 tsp cummin seed
  17. 2 tbsp Corriender leaves
  18. 2
  19. 1 tbsp green chilli paste
  20. 1 tsp chat masala
  21. 1/2 cup youghurt
  22. 5 tbsp sweet imli sauce
  23. 5 tbsp green Chutney
  24. 4-5 tbsp seww for garnish
