Step:

  1. Mix hung curd, carrot, onion, bell pepper, green chilli, fresh coriander, salt, black pepper and red chilli flakes sweet corn in a bowl.

  2. Spread mayonnaise on bread slice Sandwich the mixture between bread slices.

  3. Cut it in desired shape.serve with tomato sauce

  1. 10 Whole Wheat Bread Slices -
  2. 1/2 cup Low fat hung curd -
  3. 2 tbsp Carrot- (Grated)
  4. 1 tbsp Onion - (Finely chopped)
  5. -2 tbsp Bell peppers (Finely cubed)
  6. 1/2 tsp Green Chilli - (Finely chopped)
  7. 2tbsp Sweet corn -
  8. 1 tbsp Fresh Coriander - (Finely chopped)
  9. to taste Salt
  10. 1/2 tsp Freshly Cracked Black pepper -
  11. 1/2 tsp Red Chilli Flakes -
  12. 1/4 cup Mayonnaise
