Step:

  1. Cook the pasta in a large pan.till done then drain and return to the pot.

  2. Ready up the avocado, peas, spinach, herbs, cheese and milk in a blender or food processor. Season with a pinch of salt and pepper.

  3. Pour the sauce over your cooked pasta.

  4. Stir in and warm a little over a low heat.add chopped tomatoes

  5. Serve into bowls.sprinkle Chilli flakes over it


Ingredients

  1. 300 gm pasta
  2. 1 ripe avocado (skin and stone removed)
  3. 100 frozen peas
  4. 1 handful spinach leaves
  5. 1 handful fresh coriander
  6. 1 handful fresh parsley
  7. 1 tomato chopped
  8. 4 tbsp cheese
  9. 200 ml whole milk
  10. 1 tsp Chilli flakes
  11. 1 pinch salt and pepper
