Cook the pasta in a large pan.till done then drain and return to the pot.
Ready up the avocado, peas, spinach, herbs, cheese and milk in a blender or food processor. Season with a pinch of salt and pepper.
Pour the sauce over your cooked pasta.
Stir in and warm a little over a low heat.add chopped tomatoes
Serve into bowls.sprinkle Chilli flakes over it
