First crush the noodles in small pieces. Now dry roast the noodles for 2 min. Add all chpped veggies in it and saute well for 2 min. Now add grated potato and all spices as mentioned and mix well. At last add cornflour and make a dough like.
Now take balls of this mixture and make a flat tikki of it. Now take any cookie cutter or lid and make a hole at the centre like a donut. Now make a slurry of maida, water and salt. Dip the donuts in this slurry.
Now coat the donuts with noodles. Heat oil in a pan and fry these donuts till golden brown. Crispy noodle donuts are ready to serve.
