Step:

  1. First of all take 4 tbspn lukewarm warm water and add 1 tspn instant yeast powder and 1 tspn sugar in it to activate yeast

  2. In a separate bowl prepare the dough, first add 1 cup all-purpose flour, sugar,salt,egg,milk,vanilla essence mix it all together

  3. Now add the activated yeast mixture in the flour mixture and half cup of wheat flour, NOTE:- flour should be sieved

  4. If your dough is sticky add more flour 1 to 2 tbsp now knead it a soft dough

  5. In the end add butter and knead it all together dough should be soft not hard and leave it for proofing for 1 hour

  6. Now when the dough is rise take it out and knead it again dust little bit flour on the working board and make 8 equal balls

  7. Now roll like a long rope and make 9 digit number and twist it make round twisted donut

  8. Then again leave it for 10 minutes for proofing cover with the cloth

  9. Now in medium heat oil fry the donuts in medium heat 1 minute from each side make it golden brown colour

  10. Sprinkle some sugar immediately on the hot donut or you can enjoy as it is with the hot cup of coffee or tea or in the breakfast

  1. 1 cup all-purpose flour (measuring cup)
  2. Half cup wheat flour
  3. 2 tbspn wheat flour for dusting
  4. 2 tbspn room temperature salted butter
  5. 1/4 tspn salt
  6. 2 tbspn sugar
  7. 1 tspn instant yeast
  8. 2 tbspn room temperature milk
  9. as needed Warm water for kneading
  10. 4 tbspn lukewarm water for activating yeast
  11. 1 egg room temperature
  12. 1 tspn vanilla essence
