Step:

  1. Boil ½ kg potatoes cooled completely then mash them. Add 1 tsp soya sauce and 1 tsp white vinegar in 250g chicken mince with bread slices in food processor blitz 2-3 times then take out in big bowl. Add potatoes, crushed black pepper, crushed red chilli and salt mix well with you clean hands.

  2. Let rest in fridge about 1 hour after hour First make cutlets and then make a hole in the center with help of thumb. Dip the donuts in egg and roll them in breadcrumbs and fry them till light golden. Serve with chips, salad & your favourite dip.
