Step:
Add yeast and sugar to warm water and rest for 10 minutes to activate.
In a large bowl, add maida, beaten egg, vanilla essence, milk, baking powder, yeast mixture and knead the dough. Spread 1 tsp oil on all sides of the dough. Cover the dough and keep aside for 2 hours for its proofing at room temperature.
After 2 hours the dough will rise. Knead the dough for five minutes.
Now make donuts. Take some flour for dusting during rolling so that dough will not stick to the surface. Roll the dough and cut your choice shape donuts with help of knife or round shape cutter. Here I made a big scary spider, skull and Bat. Some I left as donuts shape.
Heat oil in kadai and fry donuts till its turn golden colour. Let the donuts cool down completely.
For chocolate cream Add dark chocolate, chocolate chips, milk powder and hot milk to small pot. Then heat this mixture on medium flame for 5 - 6 minutes. Chocolate melt completely and form thick chocolate mixture. Apply chocolate mixture on donuts. Or you can simply melt dark chocolate bar in double boiler and apply on donuts.
Refrigerate these donuts for at least 15-20 minutes before serving. (Here I used pomegranate seeds for skull mouth, eyes of bat and spider. Used Oreo white cream for skull eyes. Both wings of Bat is cover with half oreo biscuit.)
