Step:

  1. Soak black chickpeas overnight or for around 7-8 hours.

  2. Pressure cook with enough water for 4-5 whistles or until they turn soft.

  3. Drain the water and keep the chickpeas aside.

  4. Heat 1 tsp oil in a pan.

  5. Add green chillies all spieces except lemon juice and chaat masala to it.saute for 2mins.

  6. Transfer to bowl add all chooped veggies mashed potatoes,coriander mix it well.

  7. Add lemon juice and chaat masala and mix well.


Ingredients

  1. 1/2 cup kala black chickpeas
  2. 1/2 cup boiled potatoes
  3. 1/4 tsp Turmeric powder
  4. 1/2 tsp Red chilli powder
  5. 1 tbsp Dhaniya powder
  6. 1/2 tsp Everest masala
  7. 1/4 tsp amchur powder
  8. 1/2 tsp red chilli powder
  9. 1 tbsp chaat masala
  10. 1/2 tsp garam masala powder
  11. 1 tbsp finely chopped coriander
  12. 2-3 tsp lemon juice
  13. to taste Salt
