Step:

  1. In a bowl combine together potato, ginger green chilli paste, grated carrot, grated paneer, salt, chilli powder and garam masala powder to form a mixture.

  2. In another bowl take oats flour add a pinch of salt make a soft dough as chapati dough.

  3. Rest it for 10min.

  4. Take small ball size dough roll a thiin chapati stuf ready mixture to it.

  5. Again roll it in small size paratha.

  6. In non-stick pan brush little oil and roast kulcha on medium flame.

  7. Serve it hot with chole.

  1. 2 cup Oats flour
  2. 1/4 cup Paneer
  3. 1 Carrot grated
  4. 1/2 cup Boiled potato mashed
  5. 1/2 tsp Ginger chilli paste
  6. 1/2 tsp red chilli powder
  7. 1/4 tsp Garam Masala powder
  8. To taste Salt
  9. As needed Oil for shallow frying
