In a bowl combine together potato, ginger green chilli paste, grated carrot, grated paneer, salt, chilli powder and garam masala powder to form a mixture.
In another bowl take oats flour add a pinch of salt make a soft dough as chapati dough.
Rest it for 10min.
Take small ball size dough roll a thiin chapati stuf ready mixture to it.
Again roll it in small size paratha.
In non-stick pan brush little oil and roast kulcha on medium flame.
Serve it hot with chole.
