Beat the eggs until fluffy.
Add in Sugar and Oil.
Add in salt and vanilla essence.
Add in grated carrot.
Add in the water and milk.
Finally add in the crushed nuts.
Set the gas oven and heat it before hand to make it ready for baking.
Pour the batter into a greased metal tin.
Close the oven and keep for baking.
Keep the cake tin in the oven on fire for 45 minutes.
Make sure the flame is as per your container.
After the time is up, check with a thin metal fork if the cake is cooked completely.
If the cake is cooked, take out from the oven and remove from the tin carefully.
Next, place on a wire mash till the cake cools completely.
Then, remove the butter paper from the cake and check for any burnt portions. If so, chip them off.
Finally, cut the cake into several pieces for serving.
