Take a bowl and add plain flour (maida), salt, sug, yeast
And milk powder. Mix gently.
Add eggs and oil. Combine with the help of hands until becomes crumble form.
Now add milk and knead it well. Make a soft dough.
Cover with cling wrap and leave it for 1 hour to rise.
Once, it rise and triple in size then knead again for few seconds.
Donut dough is ready. You can freeze it for 2 weeks.
