Step:

  1. Cut the pumpkin into squares.

  2. Grind the grated coconut with small jeera to paste.

  3. In the vessel put the pumpkin, coconut paste and turmeric & chilli powders.

  4. Add enough salt and water as per the AMC vessel requirement.

  5. Finally, close the lid and cook till it reaches full time on low flame.

  6. Pop mustard as a garnish after completion of cook time.

  7. Serve as a lunch dish along with rice.

  8. Ensure that your seving dish is AMC itself.

  9. Please use farm fresh organic vegetables for better Results.
