Cut the pumpkin into squares.
Grind the grated coconut with small jeera to paste.
In the vessel put the pumpkin, coconut paste and turmeric & chilli powders.
Add enough salt and water as per the AMC vessel requirement.
Finally, close the lid and cook till it reaches full time on low flame.
Pop mustard as a garnish after completion of cook time.
Serve as a lunch dish along with rice.
Ensure that your seving dish is AMC itself.
