Step:

  1. In a bowl take grated cabbage, onion, carrot, green chilli, salt, chilli powder, turmeric powder, mix well and keep it aside for 20 minutes.

  2. Add all-purpose flour, corn flour, rice flour and mix well with hands.

  3. Divide into small ball and form dounut shape.

  4. Heat few tablespoons of oil in a shallow pan.

  5. Fry the fritters until golden brown and crisp from both the sides.

  6. Serve hot with chutney or sauce.

  7. Garnish it with tadka.

  1. 1/2 cabbage grated
  2. 1/4 cup carrot grated
  3. 1/2 cup onion sliced
  4. 2 green chilli chopped
  5. 1/4 cup rice flour
  6. 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  7. 1/4 cup corn flour
  8. 1 teaspoon salt
  9. 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
  10. 1 teaspoon fennel seeds
  11. 1/2 teaspoon red chilli powder
  12. 1 teaspoon carom seeds (optional)
  13. As required Oil for shallow frying
  14. 3 tablespoons coriander leaf chopped
