Preheat the oven to 425F.
Cook the hard boiled eggs. In a small pot, boil water and cook eggs for 8 minutes. After they are boiled, put them in ice cold water for 3 minutes and then peel.
Grease an oven safe dish. Spread the rice evenly in the dish. Pour in the milk and then spread the curry sauce on top.
Spread thinly sliced boiled eggs. Then sprinkle half of the mozzarella cheese all over.
Cut all the vegetables. Sprinkle them over the top. Add the rest of the mozzarella cheese.
Bake for 25 minutes at 425F and ENJOY!
