Step:

  1. Take a Kadai add oil let it heat on medium flame then add in the cumin seeds then immediately add pieces of chicken, ginger garlic paste, salt and fry for a minute.

  2. Add in all spices turmeric powder, red chilli powder, Garam masala powder, curry leaves, green chilli, red food colour mix everything well.

  3. Add a 1/2 cup of water then add lime juice keep it on low flame covered for 5 minutes (see the chicken if its soft fresh chicken and breast chicken cooking timings may vary).

  4. And its ready fry till its dry and garnish it with coriander leaves.enjoy it with white rice or chapati

  1. 250 grams breast chicken
  2. 1 pinch Red food colour
  3. 1/2 teaspoon Garam masala powder
  4. 1 teaspoon Ginger garlic paste
  5. 1 teaspoon Red chilli powder
  6. 1/2 teaspoon Turmeric powder
  7. 1 teaspoon Salt
  8. 1/2 lemon juice
  9. 1 Green chilli chopped,1/2 teaspoon cumin seeds, handful curry leaves
  10. Coriander leaves for garnishing
  11. Oil for cooking
