Step:

  1. add bay leaf and peppercone with leek and onion in chicken stock and bring to boil then add soy noodle simmer for 2 minute

  2. add fish sauce and pepper mix well then off heat top cooked shreded chicken


Ingredients

  1. CHICKEN SOUP BASE
  2. 1 bay leaf and 5 black peppercone
  3. 2 tbsp fish sauce and dash of white pepper
  4. 1 cup leek and onion
  5. 1 liter LG BASIC CHICKEN SOUP / STOCK or any chicken soup
  6. garnish
  7. 2 cup soy noodle
  8. 1 tbsp coriander leaf
  9. 1 cup cooked shreded chicken for garnish
