Step:

  1. Tie the dahi in a malmal cloth and let the water drain for two hours.

  2. Grate the cucumber and squeeze with a cloth so that it's extra water drains and it becomes dry.

  3. Then add dahi, cinnamon powder, salt, jeera powder, mirchi powder to the cucumber and make a paste of it.cucumber paste is ready.

  4. Mix the suji and maida,oil and Salt to taste and make a soft dough.

  5. Make small balls from the dough.Roll the balls like puri size but a little thicker. For one kachori two balls are needed.

  6. Put 2 tsp of the cucumber paste on top of the puri and cover it with another puri. Then tie the ends of the puri by turning it upwards with thumb and first finger and by applying a touch of water at the ends.prepare all kachories in same way.Fry kachori till it is light brown. 10.Kachories are ready to serve.

  1. 4 Cucumber(grated)
  2. 500 gm Dahi
  3. 1/2 tsp Cinnamom powder
  4. 1 tsp Jeera powder
  5. 1 tsp Salt
  6. 1/2 tsp Red chilli powder
  7. 250 gm Suji
  8. 500 gm Maida
  9. 2 tbs oil (for moyan)
