Let sugar cookie dough stand at room temperature for 5 to 10 minutes to soften. press into greased pizza pan. Bake at 350 for about 13 minutes or until golden brown. Cool completely.
GLAZE: In small saucepan combine half cup sugar, cornstarch, orange juice and lemon juice bring to a boil; cook and stir for 2 minutes or until thickened. remove from heat and let cool completely
In a large mixing bowl beat cream cheese, milk, orange peel and remaining sugar until blend. In another small mixing bowl beat heavy whipping cream until soft peaks form. Fold into cream cheese mixture. Spread over crust.
Arrange fruit over cream cheese mixture. Brush all fruit with glaze. Refrigerate until chilled.
