Preheat oven 400 Fahrenheit. Coat the pie pan with margarine.
Mix the crust ingredients. Tuna, parmesan cheese,arrowroot powder, and eggs. Add to pie pan and press into bottom and sides.
Slice the olives and tomatoes in half and add to top of crust. Shred the cheddar cheese add on top. Put into oven 15-20 minutes. Leave in for 25-30 minutes for a crunchy crust.
