Mix all the ingredients till the dough is flexible.
Cover the dough with a kitchen towl and live it to rise for an hour in a warm place . ( I put the bowl under a blanket )
Flour the dough and form to a balls. ( The size is your choice - i prefer big ones )
Fry the balls in a deep oil about 2-3 minutes on each side.
You can decorate with any icing you wish , i prefer to decorate it with white and dark chocolate.
The original decoration is a strawberre jam filling in the middle and sugar powder sprinkle .
