Mix everything in a bowl apart from the water...add the water in bits till the dough comes together....
Hard knead your dough for about 10 minutes.. Fold in the seams,oil your bowl,and let your dough rest till it doubles in size
Once proofed,deflate it,and roll it out flat..about 1/4 inch thickness
Use a glass and a bottle top or dough cutter, cut out your dough
Let them rest for another 10-15 minutes
Deep fry them in hot oil till both sides turn golden brown...be careful not to overcook or undercook them
Glaze them with some dessicated coconut
