Step:

  1. Marinate your ribs in the above -mentioned spices...let it sit for a while I used my double grilled pan... Place your marinated ribs in the pan...add enough water that will cover the pieces and let it simmer for about 30 minutes or till you feel the meat has softened.

  2. When the water almost dries up...add your onions...let it cook till all the water dries up...let your meat brown up a little bit before adding your oil

  3. Add your garlic,salt,and pepper...stir well

  4. Add a little water,cover your pan,and let the meat cook for about 10 more minutes....add your mixed bell peppers

  5. Once ready, it will be soft and will fall of the bone easily

  6. Serve with a starch of your choice

  1. 3/4-1 kg goat ribs
  2. 2 large onions
  3. Garlic
  4. Mixed bell peppers..about 1/4/cup
  5. Vegetable oil
  6. Salt and pepper
  7. Marinade
  8. Ginger
  9. Paprika
  10. Beef masala
  11. Cayenne
  12. Mixed herbs
  13. Vinegar
