Take red amrud wash it cut by half,put into pressure cooker cook up to 3 vissles..
Open up transfer the blender into cooked amrud make fine paste
Filtered the fine paste..seeds,rough paste take out through filter
Mean while heat pan put kyova keep cook once it's melted pour ghee,amrud fine pulp add sugar,pinch food colour keep mix up once it forms thick leaves to the pan transfer mould
Leave for chill then cut pieces garnish with badam pieces.. ready to serve
