First of all, take a kadhai, put on slow gas flame, add ghee and condensed milk, mix well.
Now add milk, mix well, add milk powder, stir continuously, without any lumps. Now add elaichi powder to enhance more flavour.
Stir well till it turns to a soft dough, and get a shape. Turn off gas, transfer the dough into another bowl.
Keep it to cool. Then take a little ghee in palms and make the same size of small balls from dough to make equal size of peda..
Make all peda, press on the top with thumb, put chopped badam pista on it, press it well. Keep it for atleast 1 - 2 hour to set properly.
Very instant with main three ingredients homemade peda is ready to serve.
